The newly elected chairpersons of 12 committees under the House of Representatives took the oath of office and secrecy. The oath was administered by Speaker Dol Prasad (DP) Aryal at a ceremony held at the Federal Parliament Secretariat in Singha Durbar. The event was attended by Deputy Speaker Rubi Kumari Thakur, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sobita Gautam, Vice Chair of the National Assembly Leela Kumari Bhandari, and leaders of various political parties.
