A Chinese lunar probe has returned to Earth with samples of the Moon’s surface. China’s unmanned lunar rover Chang’e-6 has returned to Earth with a sample of the far side of the Moon.
The plane landed on Tuesday in the desert of Inner Mongolia. Scientists have said that the model brought from the moon may prove to be helpful for important research and discoveries about planet formation.
The China National Space Administration (CNSA) said the mission was “completely successful”. Scientists claim that the samples brought by the Chinese spacecraft will help in researching the composition of the moon as well.
