Kathmandu : Durga Prasai, coordinator of the Nation, Nationality, Religion, Culture and Citizen Protection Mega Campaign and a medical entrepreneur, has been arrested once again.

He was taken into custody from his residence in Bhaktapur on Monday night, according to SP Pawan Bhattarai of the District Police Range, Kathmandu.

Police said Prasai was arrested on suspicion of involvement in activities that could disrupt the upcoming elections.

Earlier, he was detained from Dakshinkali in Kathmandu on Magh 23 and was released on bail on Magh 25. He had also been arrested from Pokhara on Magh 5 but was released the following day.
