Famous American boxer George Foreman passed away at the age of 76

Kathmandu–Heavyweight boxing legend George Foreman has passed away at the age of 76. His family confirmed this news. Foreman, known in the boxing ring as ‘Big George’, started his boxing career in the 1960s.

He won the Olympic gold medal in 1968 and twice the world heavyweight championship. His first professional loss came in 1974 at ‘Rumble in the Jungle’ against another great boxer, Muhammad Ali.
