New Delhi: By December 2023, Indians will be able to visit Kailash Mansarovar without going via China or Nepal, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari told Parliament on Tuesday.

The minister of road and highways said a route was being carved out from Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand that would take one straight to Mansarovar.
