For Kathmandu, Shahab Alam took six wickets including a hat-trick while captain Karan KC and Sunny Patel took two wickets each.

Losing the toss at Kirtipur-based Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kathmandu Gorkhas were invited to bat first.
