Kathmandu – This year’s Madan Award is going to be given to the novel ‘Eanthan’ by the narrator Vivek Ojha. The decision was taken at the meeting of Madan Puraskar Guthi on Sunday. The prize money is Rs 4 lakh and a certificate.
Established in 2012, the Madan Prize Guthi first awarded the Madan Prize in 2013 to Satya Mohan Joshi’s book ‘General Bhimsen Thapa of Chittaranjan Nepali in Social Science, General Bhimsen Thapa and Nepal at the time’ in the prose category and Balram Joshi’s ‘Adhika Vibhava Stahidyututuksi’ in the science category.
