Mansarovar Yatra: There is a lot of excitement at Rasuwagadhi crossing

 

Rasuwa The journey to Mansarovar, a religious place located in China, has begun. Rasuwagadhi crossing has increased in traffic due to travelers going there from Kathmandu via Trishuli Dhunche, Syafruwensi for the Kailash Parvat and Mansarovar Yatra, which is considered to be the abode of Lord Mahadev.

Head of Immigration Office Rasuwagadhi, Murari Niraura informed that in recent times, an average of 40 passengers leave for Mansarovar from the border crossing. Mansarovar is nine and a half hundred kilometers away from the said crossing.

Chief Niraura said that although there are Rasuwagadhi and Humla Hilsa crossings for going to Mansarovar from Nepal, Rasuwagadhi may have seen more passengers because it is closer to Kathmandu. According to him, in recent times, Chinese citizens have been entering Nepal through the border around 50 daily.
