LOS ANGELES– NASA and SpaceX are aiming to launch the agency’s Crew-10 mission to the International Space Station (ISS) after a launch attempt was canceled Wednesday due to technical issues.
The mission was originally scheduled to launch aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 7:48 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday.
But NASA said the launch was canceled due to a hydraulic problem with the Falcon 9 rocket’s ground support clamp arm.
According to NASA, mission managers met Wednesday evening and decided to postpone the launch attempt until Thursday due to high winds and rain forecast along the spacecraft’s flight path.
The mission will carry four astronauts to the ISS. It will bring home four Crew-9 astronauts, including NASA astronauts Sunny Williams and Butch Wilmore, who have been stranded in space since June. The agency
