Kathmandu: As Nepal and Estonia celebrate 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties, Foreign Secretary Bharat Paudyal and Estonian Amb Katrin Kivi reaffirm their commitment to taking forward the friendly relations in the best interest of both the countries and people.
