The Election Commission has announced that the official campaign period for the upcoming House of Representatives elections will run from Feb 16–March 2.

Acting Chief Election Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari stated that all political parties, candidates, leaders, representatives, and supporters must strictly adhere to the Election Code of Conduct throughout the campaign.

Addressing journalists, the Commission emphasized that election activities should be conducted strictly within the legal and ethical boundaries of the code, warning against any form of violations during the electioneering period.
