Kathmandu: Nepal reports 457 new Covid-19 cases. The number of active cases stands at 1,776.

A total of 4,651 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, 386 PCR tests and 71 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the virus. There are currently 1,776 active cases of COVID-19 across the country.

So far, 11,954 people have died from the virus across the country.

Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley has 1,133 active cases of COVID-19. Of them, 1,013 cases are in Kathmandu, 28 in Bhaktapur and 92 in Lalitpur districts.
