Nijgadh: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba inspected the ‘International Airport Construction Site’ in Nijgadh . While inspecting the ‘International Airport Construction Site’ in Nijgadh on Saturday, he said that there is a great need for a well-equipped international airport.

Prime Minister Deuba was joined by CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal and senior government officials during the visit.

After paying a field visit of the proposed site of the mega international airport, Prime Minister Deuba directed the authority concerned to take forward the works to construct the airport with two runways.

Minister for Forest, Ram Sahaya Yadav, Tourist Minister Jeevan Ram Shrestha, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma, Minister for Water Supply, Uma Kanta Chaudhary, Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, Rajendra Prasad Pandey, were present on the occasion.
