Kathmandu. Sandeep Lamichhane, the leg-spinner of the Nepali national cricket team, has crossed the milestone of 100 wickets in T20Is. Sandeep completed the hundred wickets by taking the wicket of Ali in the third ball of the 16th over at the Arnos Vale Stadium in St. Vincent, West Indies. .
Sandeep is the second fastest player to take 100 wickets in T20I. Earlier Rashid Khan had taken 100 wickets in 53 matches. Sandeep completed this record in the 54th game. For Nepal, Sandeep is the first player to take a hundred wickets. Earlier, Sandeep himself gave Nepal their seventh success by bowling out Tanjim Al Hasan in the second ball of the fourteenth over for 3 runs.
