Snowfall in Karnali, Talcha Airport Closed

Kathmandu. Snowfall has started in various districts of Karnali province from Thursday.
Regular flights have been affected at Talcha Airport in Mugu due to snowfall. Air services have been closed after the airport was covered in snow.
The cold has increased due to snowfall in districts like Mugu, Humla, Dolpa, Jumla, Kalikot. Normal life has been affected due to snowfall.
On Thursday afternoon, it rained in Mugu’s headquarter, while two feet of snow is falling in the upper elevations. Due to this, problems have arisen for grazing cattle. As it gets colder, people are staying inside their houses with fire.
