T20 World Cup highest prize amount announced, Nepal will also get at least 3 crores

 

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the prize money for the ongoing T20 World Cup in the West Indies and the United States.
ICC has announced the record prize money this time. It has been announced that the winner will be given 24 lakh 50 thousand US dollars (about 325 million rupees).
This is the highest prize amount ever. The runner-up will get Rs.16 crore.
The two teams that will be eliminated from the semi-finals will receive 11.5 crores.
ICC has announced that the team that will reach the Super 8 will also get at least 5 crores.
The four teams who finish third in the group stage will get Rs 33 crore each, while the bottom two teams in each group will get around Rs 3 crore.
Every team will get an additional prize of Rs 40 lakh for winning a match.
This time, Nepal is in Group D of the World Cup. South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the Netherlands are in the group that Nepal is in.
Nepal will play the first match against Netherlands on Tuesday. The match will be played at 9:30 PM Nepali time.
