The Cliff Divers, A Poem by Ryan Quinn Flanagan

Young, able-bodied,
seemingly fearless

bronzed by an
ancient sun

these cliff divers

four young men
taking turns swanning
over that great rocky
precipice

down deep
into the sunken
depths

with nary a splash
to announce such sudden
departures.
