The full text of the BRI framework document is public

Kathmandu. The full text of the BRI cooperation framework agreement concluded between Nepal and China in Beijing last week has been made public.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs posted its full text on its website on Tuesday afternoon. The government released the document the day after US Assistant Secretary of State Donald Lu commented that he had not read the BRI cooperation framework document before returning to the country, and that he expected it to be transparent.
Through BRI, the framework includes the objectives of cooperation between Nepal and China, areas of cooperation, priorities, topics of economic cooperation, transportation connectivity and other points. The agreement can be viewed on the website of the Ministry.
