15th of June, Kathmandu. A long queue of vehicles has formed in Baireni area of Dhading as the road was blocked by the rain last night. Galchi Rural Municipality Ward No. 6 Bardkhola Baireni Bridge has caused a traffic jam after the mud has accumulated. There is ongoing construction on both sides of the bridge.
The road was completely closed after it rained during the night. Although the one-way road was opened for a while after general repairs, when it was closed again, a long queue of vehicles was formed. Makendra Kumar Mishra, spokesperson of the District Police Office, Dhading, said that due to the ongoing process of opening and closing the roads in the area, the vehicles could not operate smoothly. “Even now the road is disturbed,” he said.
