The election schedule for the 11th general convention of the CPN-UML has been made public, confirming that the convention, initially set to conclude in three days, will now extend by an additional three days. The election timetable, announced on Sunday during the closed session of the convention, outlines the process for selecting the party’s new leadership. While the convention was originally scheduled to conclude on Mangsir 29 (December 15), it is now likely to end on Poush 2 (December 17) if no disputes arise.
