Kathmandu:  World Bank South Asia VP Hartwig Schafer visits  Dhulikhel Municipality. “Immensely happy to see reconstruction of earthquake-affected homes completed in Dhulikhel Municipality! Communities were at the center of #Nepal’s reconstruction effort and used the opportunity to not just rebuild homes but also lives & in the process build back better,” twitts World Bank South Asia VP Hartwig Schafer .

 

“Women deserve a special mention for their essential role in reconstruction as builders, decision-makers and social mobilizers. They also need all the support to take forward their skills in masonry and engineering gained during this process,” twitts World Bank South Asia VP Hartwig Schafer .
