Xiaomi opens three new official service centres in Nepal

Xiaomi Nepal has launched three new official service centres in Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamod to enhance customer accessibility across the country.

The centres, operated by TeleDirect under Ramesh Corp, commenced operations on December 12 in Hetauda, December 13 in Damauli, and December 15 in Birtamod.

They will provide repairs and technical support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables such as smartwatches and fitness bands, hearables including earphones and headphones, and other devices, using genuine spare parts and official procedures.
