Heavy snowfall has hit the high hilly areas of Baglung, including the Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve, covering the region in a thick layer of snow and disrupting daily life.

Snowfall that began on Friday afternoon has blanketed Dhorpatan Valley and surrounding areas, according to local resident Dhan Bahadur BK of Dhorpatan Municipality-9. He said the persistent snowfall has made it difficult for locals to move around and manage livestock.
