Israel airstrike in Rafah, at least 20 dead

Agency. The death toll has risen to 20 in an Israeli air strike on three residential buildings in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah. All of the dead were Palestinian citizens.
Most of the dead are children and women. Some other people are said to be trapped in the rubble.
The attack came just ahead of a new round of ceasefire talks between Hamas leaders and Egyptian mediators to be held in Cairo. A Hamas delegation went to Cairo on Monday to respond to protests over a cease-fire in Gaza and to negotiate a prisoner-handover agreement with Israel.
In the last 24 hours, 66 Palestinian civilians have been killed in the Israeli army attack. 138 people have been injured.
