Kathmandu. A state of emergency has been declared in Los Angeles, USA. The BBC reported that the emergency was declared after the fire, which initially started at 10 acres, spread to 2,900 acres in a few hours.
According to sources, 30,000 people have been instructed to move to safer places.
Some video footage shows smoke billowing from nearby homes in the Pacific Palisades area. Warnings have been issued for millions of people in California.
