Book release and discussion’ program organized by the Embassy of India, Kathmandu at the Nepal-India Library.

Under the ‘Nepal-India Literature Festival’ program organized by the Embassy of India, Kathmandu, ‘Book release and discussion’ in Nepal-India Library
. The Hindi book ‘Nepal Mein Hindi’ published in collaboration with BP Koirala Foundation was released by the chief guest of the program, former Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal Shri Girishchandra Lal.

There was a discussion on the poetry collection ‘Ujale Ke Rang’ translated from Nepali to Hindi by senior poets of Nepal Mr. Sneh Sayami and Rajendra Shalabh and the Nepali poetry collection ‘Chashma Ra Aakha Ko Varta’ by Mr. Sneh Sayami.

Tribhuvan University’s Hindi professor Dr. Shweta Deepti, eminent poet Shri Bidhan Acharya and senior litterateur Dr. Ramdayal Rakesh kept their views in the program.

Chief Guest Mr. Girishchandra Lal in his address highlighted the importance of common culture and languages of both the countries in the age-old relations between Nepal and India.

A large number of writers, teachers, linguists and literature lovers were present in the program.
