CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, arriving in Jhapa on Sunday for his election campaign, said that a fully confident environment for the upcoming polls has not yet been established.
He emphasized that while his party is preparing for the elections, the interim government still needs to address key issues to ensure a smooth electoral process.
Arriving from Kathmandu on Sunday for his election program in Jhapa, Oli said that his party is actively preparing for the polls.
Speaking to reporters at Bhadrapur Airport, he added that the atmosphere of confidence has still not been created and noted that the interim government needs to address several related issues.
