निर्वाचनका लागि सेना परिचालन गर्न सरकारले पायो स्वीकृति

काठमाडौं । आसन्न निर्वाचनका लागि सेना परिचालन गर्न सरकारले स्वीकृति पाएको छ ।
मन्त्रिपरिषदको सिफारिस अनुसार राष्ट्रपति रामचन्द्र पौडेलले निर्वाचनको सुरक्षार्थ सेना परिचालनको स्वीकृति दिनुभएको हो । फागुन २१ मा हुने प्रतिनिधिसभा निर्वाचनको सुरक्षाका लागि सेना परिचालनको स्वीकृति दिइएको राष्ट्रपति कार्यालयका प्रवक्ता प्रदीपकुमार कोइरालाद्वारा आज जारी विज्ञप्तिमा उल्लेख छ ।
मन्त्रिपरिषद्को मंसिर ८ गतेको बैठकले निर्वाचनको सुरक्षा गर्न भन्दै सेना परिचालनका लागि राष्ट्रपतिलाई आग्रह गर्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो । निर्वाचनको सुरक्षाका लागि बाहिरी घेरामा सेना अभ्यास छ । त्यसपछि सशस्त्र र जनपथ प्रहरी परिचालन गरिनेछ । सरकारले निर्वाचनकै लागि एक लाख ३० हजारको हाराहारीमा म्यादी प्रहरी पनि भर्ना गर्दैछ ।
