Kathmandu :  The National Assembly met for the first time after the Gen Z protests of Bhadra 23 and 24, but the session concluded within seven minutes.

The meeting was held at 11:00 am on Sunday at Singha Durbar, in the newly constructed National Assembly hall. The session had been postponed earlier after the Parliament building in Baneshwor was set on fire during the Gen Z protests.

During the brief meeting, the National Assembly passed a condolence motion over the death of member Baldev Bohara before adjourning the session.
