Kathmandu: Nepal is committed to making all-out efforts to ensure full realization of all human rights and fundamental freedoms for all persons with disabilities with a view to building a disability-inclusive Nepali society, said Permanent Representative/Ambassador of Nepal to the United Nations, New York Amrit Rai during the 15th session of COSP to #CRPD.
