Nepali Congress Chief Secretary Paudel resigns

Kathmandu : Chief Secretary of the Nepali Congress at its central office, Krishna Prasad Paudel, has tendered resignation from the post. Also a member of the National Assembly, Chief Secretary Paudel resigned from the post on Thursday.

He stepped down following the election of new working committee of the NC from the special general convention (SGC). The new central working committee was elected unopposed under the leadership of Gagan Thapa a week back.

The new working committee is holding its meeting first in the central office, Sanepa on Friday.
