बालाचतुर्दशी विशेष दिवंगत पितृका नाममा पशुपतिलगायत शिवालयमा छरियो शतबीज

काठमाडौं । बालाचतुर्दशी पर्वका दिन बुधबार बिहानै पशुपति लगायत देशभरका शिवालयमा शतबीज छरिएको छ । दिवंगत पितृका नाममा रातभरि जाग्राम बसेर दीप महादीप बाल्ने र भोलिपल्ट बिहान झिसमिसेमै शतबीज छर्ने प्रचलन छ । त्यसैका लागि पाशुपत क्षेत्र लगायत देशभरका शिवालयमा दर्शनार्थीको ठूलो भिड लागेको छ।
यसरी छरिने शतबीजमा मुख्यतः धान, जौ, गहुँ, चना, तिल, कागुनु र मकै हुने गरेको छ। यसैगरी शतबीजको मिश्रणमा केरा, उखु, सुन्तला, अनार, भोगटे, कागती, निबुवा, बिमिरो, अमला आदि फलका साथै विभिन्न किसिमका फूलहरू पनि हुने गर्छ।
दिवंगत पितृका नाममा शिवालय तथा शिवधाममा यिनी अनाज र फलफूल छर्ने प्रचलन छ।भक्तपुरको डोलेश्वर महादेव मन्दिरदेखि गोकुलधामसम्मका महादेव मन्दिरसम्म रातभर जाग्राम बसेर महादीप बाल्नेको भीड लागेको छ।
प्रत्येक वर्ष मार्गशीर्षकृष्ण त्रयोदशीका दिन आफ्ना दिवंगत पितृका नाममा अखण्ड दीप तथा महादीप बालेर रातभरि जाग्राम बस्ने र बालाचतुर्दशीका दिन शतबीज छर्न पशुपति मन्दिरमा हजारौंको भीड लाग्ने भएपछि भक्तपुरको चाँगुनारायण र सूर्यविनायकका बासिन्दाले आफ्ना नजिकका शिवालयमै बालाचर्तुदशी पर्व मनाउन थालेका हुन्।
सूर्यविनायक नगरपालिका–८ सिपाडोलस्थित केदारनाथको शीर डोलेश्वर महादेव मन्दिर परिसरमा ५०० भन्दा स्थानीयले आफ्ना दिवंगत पितृको सम्झनामा मंगलबार साँझ दीप तथा महादीप बालेका छन्।
