Canada defeated Nepal by 83 runs in the second ODI

Kathmandu:  Canada defeated Nepal by 83 runs in the second ODI. Batting first after losing the toss, Canada added 188 runs for the loss of nine wickets.

Shreyas Mova and Aaron Johnson added 50 and 44 runs respectively. Meanwhile, Nepal captain Sandeep Lamichhane took a wicket and Dipendra Singh Airy took 2 wickets. Chasing the target of 189 runs, Nepal was all out for 105 runs in 39.2 overs. Dev Khanal was the top scorer for Nepal with 26 runs.

Opener Kushal Bhurtel was dismissed for 1 while another opener Pawan Sarraf added only 14 runs. When Rohit Poudel was out for 6, Dipendra and Asif Sheikh were knocked out.
