Kathmandu: The government has appointed Dr Prakash Kumar Shrestha as the Vice-Chair of the National Planning Commission.

The decision was taken by the meeting of the Council of Ministers today, according to Government spokesperson and Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel.
