Mr Yingming Yang, Vice President (South, Central & West Asia) of Asian Development Bank (ADB), paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ today. Discussion was focused on upscaling of development finance, tackling the effects of climate change, and cooperating on a seamless transition strategy for LDC graduation, among others.
